What is included in the fixed price repair?

We will provide the labour for the repair of your boiler. There are no hidden costs, you will know exactly how much you’ll be paying.

Do you guarantee your repairs?

Yes. We provide a one-year guarantee for repairs related to the initial breakdown. Contact us and we can provide more information on the guarantees we offer.

What if you can’t repair my boiler?

In the unlikely event that your boiler can’t be repaired due to a lack of available parts from the manufacturer or supplier, or we deem the appliance to be beyond economical repair, we will refund you half of the repair fee.

If we can repair your appliance but you decide to cancel the repair, then no refund will be due. Please click here to see our full terms and conditions.

My appliance needs parts, how long does this normally take?

Our engineers may have the required parts in their vehicle. If not, we aim to get the required parts within a few working days, though this may depend on the age and make of the appliance as this can affect the availability of parts. However, we will keep you fully informed.
